Return Window
You may return products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened packs, personalised items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@xgroww.com with photos. We will replace or refund immediately.
